Delete your Porokh account

You can permanently delete your Porokh account and all data associated with it — profile info, subscriptions, payment records, quiz/exam history, and questions you've asked — at any time.

Option 1 — delete it yourself (fastest)

Open the Porokh app (or website), go to Profile, and tap Delete account. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Option 2 — can't log in? Request deletion here

Tell us the email your account uses and we'll verify and delete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted: your name, email, phone, institute, address, class/grade, quiz and exam results, courses, questions and answers, and payment transaction records. Some records may be retained briefly where required for fraud prevention or legal/accounting obligations, then deleted. See our Privacy Policy for details.
