These terms govern your use of Porokh (https://porokh.app) and the Porokh Android app. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
Your account
- You must provide accurate information when signing up.
- You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Accounts are for individual student use and shouldn't be shared.
Subscriptions and payments
- Some content requires an active paid plan. Prices and plan features are shown at checkout.
- Payments are made manually via bKash/Nagad by submitting a transaction ID, which we verify before unlocking access. Access is granted once payment is verified, and expires at the end of your plan period unless renewed.
- Renewals are opt-in — we don't auto-charge your mobile wallet.
- Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis; contact porokhapp@gmail.com.
Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to cheat, exploit, or disrupt the quiz/exam systems.
- Don't post abusive or inappropriate content in the Q&A/questions feature.
- Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Content
Study materials, videos, and questions on Porokh are provided for personal, non-commercial study use and may not be redistributed without permission.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen or via our account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally; continued use of Porokh means you accept the current version.
